Business Process Improvement - lift your efficiency to new heights! 

We utilise our expertise in Outlook and OneNote to provide business solutions that support staff, maximise productivity and reduce costs, ICT wastage and staff frustration.
 
We analyse current business processes, determine any blockages to improvement and then work with the client and existing technologies to map and implement more productive, effective and value-adding outcomes.

We will train and mentor managers and staff from the business teams to use the revised processes. We develop bespoke “how to” manuals that are clear, full of screen shots and easy to read workflow diagrams that enable personnel to easily apply these new improved processes.

Email etiquette is another boutique topic we consult in; we can tailor a learning session for delivery at a conference or produce the email etiquette policy for an entire enterprise.
OneNote can be utilised in a myriad of ways to store and retrieve data of all types, as a collaboration tool across countries, as a training tool, and to replace static content documents.
 
We have uncovered opportunities to utilise OneNote’s power and maximise productivity. Gen Y staff love the multi-media aspects of OneNote; and everyone else enjoys its ease of use. Coupling OneNote with tablet PC technologies can increase productivity more rapidly and extensively.
 
Excellent Outlook Training Courses

 
Nearly everyone has Outlook 2003 or 2007.  But who's using its power to be efficient?  Most people we've come across in the past 10 years have no idea what's under the bonnet of Outlook.  They're what we call Desk Disadvantaged, driving their desk without the skills to do so in a highly productive way.  Arrange this course for your team and hear them exclaim "gee, we should have done this training 4 years ago".  This is IT training from a productivity expert who has mastered Outlook and applies Time Management principles to the way you use it - not those annoying reminders that are the basis of a very reactive, interruption-driven work mis-management process.   The only people who should be reacting to a "ping" sound every 27 minutes are apprentice chefs.
